Its obvious his first language isn’t English but the guy has made an effort to help other people out of his experience. Nunya what you did is bad and you should apologize really. There is power in the words you speak. Putting someone down like that is wrong, like all his effort to put something together was a disaster. I myself found his grammar appropriate and very understandable, I think the person with the problem here isn’t Jafar. Next time if you dont have something better to say, dont comment. If it were to be you in his shoes, am sure you won’t like it either…. Stop the negativity!!
Technically, a guy earning $300,000/month in revenue could be worse off than the guy making a steady $100/day with no outgoings. Admittedly he would have to be blind, dumb, deaf, drunk and stupid to continue swallowing such a skinny margin, but it highlights one of the rare laws of affiliate marketing:
Video Ads are great for both brand awareness and retargeting. Of those that watch your video, you can actually retarget them with further ads based on the duration of the video they watched. We’ll get more into that in Chapter 6.
Yes, I always leave the site when there are hundrets of add or even worse popus in you face. Its hard to believe for me, that those even work. Everyone I know, the first thing they are looking for the X sign in those popups.
Hi Amy – thanks for explaining all of this! I have a food/cooking/recipe blog. Any idea of some affiliate networks to join that provide for this niche? The ones you listed don’t seem to fit. Or do people who have food blogs also join these types of networks you mentioned? I feel like it would make more sense for me to have affiliate links for cooking products or food related products. Let me know how I can go about finding affiliate networks that carry these types of products.
Most people have a lot of questions about Facebook advertising. Getting it right can result in some of the best ROI in all forms of advertising. So needless to say—the stakes are high. These Facebook stats shed light on some interesting quirks of advertising on Facebook:
Boot Camp Digital is an excellent way to not only learn about social media and internet marketing, but feel comfortable talking about it with anyone after. They provide useful information in easy to understand presentation!
From all my knowledge and experience I believe the 7-day plan is an old saying now. Everyone is smart enough to know this. One must send e-mails to a prospect addressing as if he is talking to a friend. A person can send more than a single email in a day if his title and content is worth reading.. Else, nice crisp information
Hey Courtney, I haven’t had any websites impacted with the update actually. I also don’t really even think about or care about keyword density in my articles either. My recommendation is to remember that Google’s goal is to provide the best search results and if your goal is to make a website that is genuinely better than the website currently ranking in the first position that the rest will follow (particularly if you’re going after an authority website approach)
A key part of this is tracking your sales and their origin. Remember that you won’t be able to monitor every single sale that comes in by hand — there will be too many, hopefully. You must have automatic tracking that shows you which particular products and which specific marketing efforts resulted in the most sales. That’s key for dialing in which products you should promote in the future and which marketing approach you should run with.
This article has taken me several hours to create and edit so I’d love to hear your feedback. Please let me know what you think of my tips by posting in the comments below. As always, because I love my readers I respond to each and every question that comes in so get to it!
Google AdWords is a good way to drive traffic to your sales page. All you must do is run an ad in your AdWords account then use the associated link. You will need to measure your conversions regularly to see if the cost of the campaign is less than its profit to keep it running.
Any ideas for promoting your product might work if done right. You’ll soon find out what type of products are easy for you to promote and sell. If there’s a certain product you really get and appreciate, there’s a chance that there are more products like that in that particular niche.
Yah, it’s something he added in to the v2.0 one he released a few months ago. It’s a pretty sweet plugin and I’ve been recommending it to everyone for a while now. If you already have a plugin though I’d suggest just using that one though, no sense in buying a ton of them.
Are you planning on keeping EasyAzon for a while or will you be selling it to someone else, like the coupon code plugin. I’m asking this because I want to be assured that you’ll be supporting it with updates and not relying on a future owner who may or may not update it.
I just started implementing some affiliate offers to my blog. And I agree that you have to find the balance of offering something to your readers without being too pushy or like what you said without selling your soul haha. For me sine my blog is about travel i just mention where I stayed or what hotel and if I liked it and I recommend it I put an affiliate link.
Now there are people/colleagues who are trying to compete for the same keywords as mines, as they are aware that making a living out of it, but this only means that I’ll add more content and focus even more on creating super detailed and useful/shareable guides.
Lower competition: Unlike the web, video is still largely devoid of competition outside of a few niches (gaming, tech, beauty, fashion, etc.). If you can get in early with some quality content, you can dominate the niche and build a massive audience.
Ben this article pitched in at right time when i started exploring, understanding, dabbling my hands in video making. Yes i do believe that this is always going to be good for marketers provided the kind of content they choose and distribute them at right time.

According to me Youtube is the best platform for Affiliate Marketing. In their blogs affiliate marketers write a blog on a solution to the problem and introduce the product to the visitor and help them how one can use it in solving their problem.
Nice article though. I am indulged in this affiliate marketing for a long time and now I say this way to make money online is really nice and encouraging but the condition is that you start it with determination and put real efforts in it.
I like Animoto! It is a powerful to simplify the video making process. However, there are not many pictures built in so most of the time we need to supply pictures to make a rather compelling video. Anyway, video marketing is something that I will need to focus on apart from SEO 🙂
